Administrative Investigations, Standards of Proof, and Evaluation of Evidence

Why Attend

Participants will be introduced to administrative investigation skills, administrative decision formulation, the meaning and components of an administrative decision, types of administrative decisions and their legal provisions, rules of administrative investigations, how to detect administrative violations, the basics and principles of public service, disciplinary authority, and judicial oversight of investigation procedures. The course will also include an explanation of administrative investigation skills, its controls, guarantees, provisions, and how to conduct them. The course will also address an explanation and foundation of disciplinary violations and the disciplinary system in human resources and civil service laws, types of administrative decisions, and how to develop skills in drafting and preparing administrative investigations.
