Administrative Skills and Excellence in Following up Judicial Procedures and Lawsuits

Why Attend

The court is the seat of litigation between parties. It is a civil authority subordinate to the judiciary, which is supposed to be independent among the three branches of government. It is independent of the legislative and executive branches. The symbol of the courts is the scales of justice in light of the country's laws. Courts are divided into three levels: the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Cassation, which in some countries is called the Supreme Court. The army has its own court, known as the Military Court, and the State Security Service also has its own court in some countries. Martial courts are also established under martial law in some countries where chaos occurs for any reason. The judicial system varies between countries, with some using the jury system and others not. Each country has its own philosophy regarding the justice system and its applications.
