Objectives
Providing theoretical and practical knowledge of the principles of preparing memoranda and reports and the controls for preparing them in order to achieve their objectives in each of the following areas:
The field of litigation and filing civil and commercial lawsuits before various courts
Field of defense in criminal, administrative, disciplinary and other cases
The field of defense before investigation and disciplinary boards, judicial bodies, etc.
The field of daily performance in the legal and judicial field in general
The field of daily performance of administrative and security work in the governmental, public, oil and private sectors
Methodology
This course is structured around the tasks as described above, and provides training and presentations for each group of tasks. This enables participants to understand and practice legal management tasks and acquire the necessary skills through a foundational methodology for each type of task mentioned.
