Objectives
Preparing investigators in the field of administrative investigations by equipping them with the investigatorâs experience and skills by preparing him through defining the administrative violation, its nature and forms, administrative penalties and their degrees, methods of approving the investigation, the investigatorâs skills and the means to which he may resort. The importance of this topic is due to the fact that the investigation is a legal tool to reach the truth. It aims to reveal the truth of the relationship between the employee accused of disciplinary action and the charge attributed to him, and the means of collecting evidence and a preparatory stage in the disciplinary lawsuit. The investigation is the first disciplinary procedure within the scope of the public service.

Methodology
This course uses a variety of group discussions along with individual and group exercises. A number of written exercises will also be used throughout the course.
