Objectives
Leadership is considered one of the most important administrative functions practiced by the manager because after the plan is developed, it is implemented and is handled by minds, hands and machines to accomplish it according to the established goals and specific stages. In this, the manager leads a group of individuals, directs, guides, trains, coordinates their work, reconciles their efforts, stimulates their motivations and ambitions, motivates them to cooperate and compete, and evaluates the results of their work, rewards the diligent and guides the negligent on how to correct their mistakes. It is not an easy task. It requires effort, time and skills from the manager so that he can lead his group towards the desired goal with the necessary efficiency and effectiveness. In this course, we will learn about the necessary and successful skills in administrative leadership.
Methodology
The course uses a mix of interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the participants, different role-plays, practical team and individual exercises, self-evaluations, and case studies.
