Leadership is considered one of the most important administrative functions practiced by the manager because after the plan is developed, it is implemented and is handled by minds, hands and machines to accomplish it according to the established goals and specific stages. In this, the manager leads a group of individuals, directs, guides, trains, coordinates their work, reconciles their efforts, stimulates their motivations and ambitions, motivates them to cooperate and compete, and evaluates the results of their work, rewards the diligent and guides the negligent on how to correct their mistakes.
