Advanced Investigations and Administrative Disputes Techniques (Advanced)

Why Attend

The relationship between the employee and his management is a reciprocal relationship, where the employee works to adhere to the duties and obligations imposed by the laws and instructions of the civil service. In addition, the administration is obligated not to act as an obstacle to the employee obtaining the rights granted to him by the laws, as well as to prevent the administration from arbitrarily using authority and deviating from all the powers granted to them by the public office. The Discipline Law for State and Public Sector Employees has limited a set of duties that the employee must adhere to, and also imposed a number of prohibitions on him that he must perform. He avoids them. If the employee does not adhere to these duties or does any of the prohibitions, the administration must hold him accountable and punish him in accordance with what the law stipulates.
