Objectives
The aim of holding these meetings is to discuss the appropriate methods for resolving disputes (ADR) or what is known as alternative methods for resolving disputes in the field of administrative contracts and tenders in order to quickly resolve the dispute, in terms of dispute resolution procedures, its data and the rules applied to it, in light of the provisions of laws, agreements, customs, arbitration, mediation and negotiation systems established in various legal systems and in accordance with the agreement of the parties concerned.
Methodology
This course is based on individual and group exercises aimed at helping participants learn all key contract management activities. The course also includes numerous case studies and presentations by participants, followed by discussions.
