This course is designed to be highly practical and hands-on, ensuring participants gain real-world experience with AI tools. Each session combines brief theoretical overviews with interactive activities that engage participants in building, testing, and implementing AI solutions tailored to HR needs. Participants will work directly with AI tools such as chatbot builders, sentiment analysis platforms, and Robotic Process Automation software. This experiential approach ensures participants leave the course with actionable skills and practical tools to implement AI in their HR roles immediately.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Identify key HR processes that can be enhanced through artificial intelligence
Build a prototype of an AI-powered HR bot to address employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
Practice HR-related text analysis coming from engagement surveys, grievance meetings, and interviews using sentiment analysis platforms
Develop a chatbot prototype for automating responses to frequently asked employee questions about benefits and payroll
Demonstrate the use of a Robotic Process Automation platform to automate sample employee communication tasks
