3. Registration and Payment

• Course registration is only confirmed upon full payment or written confirmation of sponsorship.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
• Larimar Training Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or credit.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and tools provided during the course are the intellectual property of Larimar Training Institute and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Larimar Training reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

7. Liability

Larimar Training Institute is not liable for any personal injuries, loss of property, or indirect damages during or after participation in any course or event.
