Creativity and Innovation in Business Organizations

Why Attend

Creativity is thinking outside the box. It is also defined as a set of procedures by which an individual or group produces new and useful ideas. Creativity is based on two processes, as outlined in the previous definitions: thinking and producing. This process requires complete knowledge of the subject, as it is impossible to be creative about something you do not know about. Creativity, whether for individuals or groups, has three main components: skills related to basic abilities, skills related to creativity, and finally, the presence or availability of internal motivation.
