Methodology
Participants will be required to enhance their knowledge of the leadership skills covered in the course by analyzing several reports, articles, or case studies. Each participant will then be encouraged to apply the acquired knowledge by practicing it in a safe environment. Before leaving the course, participants will be asked to articulate how they plan to most effectively transfer their acquired skills to the workplace. To achieve this, the course relies on a series of brief lectures, individual and group activities, and a range of self-assessments and tests aimed at helping participants address competency gaps and enhance their leadership repertoire.
