Creativity in Problem Solving and Decision Making

Why Attend

We constantly face problems that require decision-making. Most of these problems don't require any complex decision-making process, such as: "We're hungry?" We decide to eat. Other problems are more complex, such as deciding how to prioritize work tasks, or understanding why procedures fail and deciding what to do about them. This requires a rational approach to problem-solving. Often, things can become more complex, and our decisions can have a significant impact on our lives, our work, or the lives of those around us. Therefore, you must have the ability to think critically and ensure that your reasoning is flawless. Other times, the problem is so unusual that rational and critical thinking defies reasoning. These are the times when finding a solution to problems becomes an invaluable tool. This course covers all the important thinking approaches. After understanding the mechanisms of thinking, we will introduce you to the methods and tools you will practice during the course, which can help you in your work or in life in general, from the simplest to the most difficult or unusual situations.
