Develop technical skills and promote the concept of institutional excellence among employees.

Record, analyze, and evaluate the organization's strategy according to the European Institutional Excellence Model.

Qualify participants to achieve a level of professionalism in the field of institutional excellence and enhance their performance in accordance with the highest internationally recognized quality standards.

Raise awareness of local institutional excellence awards, such as the Dubai Government Excellence Program.

Clarify and evaluate human resource development requirements according to the EFQM Model and local awards.

In addition, identify the methodologies and techniques necessary to implement these requirements.

Activate the role of senior leadership in shaping the future path of the organization, clarify and evaluate policy and strategy requirements, and identify methodologies for all aspects of work and the techniques necessary to implement these requirements.

Train participants on how to develop evaluation methodologies and apply them to business realities to enhance institutional performance according to European Excellence Standards and implement all international excellence standards through specialized workshops.

Methodology

This course uses interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the consultant followed by questions, both oral and written, case studies, role-playing, exercises, videos, and more.
