Methodology
This course relies heavily on analyzing aspects of change and considering the problems that can be faced in such situations. The process begins with forming work teams to develop a strategic plan for managing change and then implementing it by taking advantage of the knowledge and techniques they have learned in this course. Participants also get the opportunity to Listening to change pioneers and their successful experiences in change management. Participants also undergo several assessments and exercises related to resistance to change, its effects, and how to deal with it.
Course objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
