Course objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Describe the relationship between good leadership, creativity and innovation

Apply self-awareness techniques in preparation for unleashing your natural creative tendencies

Teaching, guiding and supporting others to develop the self-awareness skills necessary for creativity

Methodology

This course uses various interactive methods, such as self-awareness tests, exercises using newly learned creative techniques, games, lateral thinking exercises, puzzles, case studies, and video clips with in-depth discussions.
