Methodology
This course uses a variety of professional case studies that participants use to role-play and simulate real-life professional situations. Most of these cases provide recommendations for approaches to be followed in each situation. The course also uses self-assessments to understand personality traits and to give participants the opportunity to develop action plans that will enable them to acquire desired behaviors.
