The Leadership Challenge Continuity Workshop is an innovative and flexible course that encourages leaders to stay focused on what they have learned from the Five Practices model. Participants will be asked to reflect on their small victories from the beginning of their leadership journey and practice specific skills and behaviors that will prepare them for the next steps in their journey, and soar in terms of personal development by identifying ways to use the Five Practices to develop their team members and achieve broader spheres of influence within their organizations. Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Identify leadership strengths and weaknesses based on LPI assessment (individual and 360 degree)

Apply the Five Practices model to articulate their vision for the future, inspire others to share this shared vision, challenge the status quo by experimenting with innovative ideas, and empower others to act by building collaboration, teamwork, and trust

Recognize different creative personalities, and how to work with each to increase individual productivity

Apply the seven critical behaviors needed to build high-performing teams and increase productivity

Develop a strong team to achieve shared goals and demonstrate exceptional commitment to leading oneself and others

Methodology

Based on experiential activities, workbook exercises, group problem-solving tasks, video cases, and lectures. You will also gain plenty of practical applications of the Five Practices model to current organizational and personal leadership challenges. With a straightforward action plan to take key learning’s from the workshop back to the workplace, leaders will be prepared to implement these new leadership practices back into the workplace from day one of the workshop

Target Audience

The workshop is aimed at experienced professionals who are required to manage teams, know what actions to take, and gain the confidence to take the necessary actions for the successful performance of individuals and the team, and those managers responsible for leading other managers or professional employees, and operational managers or department managers who have direct administrative dealings and work with their counterparts from managers through several functions.
