Methodology
This practical and interactive course uses models, practical exercises, case studies, presentations and group discussions to develop problem-solving and managerial decision-making skills. Participants will challenge each otherâs solutions and decisions in groups and defend their solutions and decisions. The use of real-world situations from the participantsâ work environment will enhance knowledge transfer and practical application. Participants will practice the techniques they have learned that are easy to apply in the workplace.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to
Use the structural system to systematically address problems and decisions
Use the main tools and techniques for analysis and problem solving
Conduct a comprehensive root cause analysis of any problem
Explain the use of different systems in decision making
Identify different methods of generating creative ideas that can be practically applied in the workplace
