Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Gain a deeper insight into their preferred leadership style and learn how to be flexible in leadership and management tasks.

Methodology

This course uses individual and group activities to help participants develop their leadership and management skills. The course also features a number of case studies and presentations by participants followed by plenary discussions. In addition, videos and exercises are shown to demonstrate the skills required for effective management.
