Methodology
As the course begins, participants are asked to prepare for the transformational business challenges they are currently facing. During the course, they are guided through the course content and materials on how to use relevant tools, case studies, models and strategic concepts. At the end of the course, participants will come up with a transformational action plan that they can present, share and discuss with their teams upon their return, preparing the foundations for the next steps in leading transformational change within their organizations.
