Drafting contracts is not limited to controlling terms, phrases and linguistic aspects, as many believe. Rather, the term drafting entails many things, including basic clauses, prior procedures and their compatibility and conformity with the provisions of the law, purging of violations that hinder its provisions and implementation, and the implementation of the contract and its validity from a legal perspective. The contract must be written in accordance with the wishes of its parties and specific mechanisms, so that no dispute or disagreement arises between them in the future, whether in interpreting the contract and the terms and conditions it contains, or in implementing those terms and conditions. The contract must be drafted in a way that includes precise expression that does not accept differences in the interpretation of its provisions as much as possible, and that expresses the will of its parties, as it is noted that one of the most common causes of disputes that occur during implementation is due to weak legal drafting of the contract and lack of precision in drafting and structuring contracts. This training course introduces the legal foundations and systems of contracts, including the requirements for achieving legal drafting in contract writing, the foundations and skills for preparing contract documents, terms and specifications, the method of determining requirements, and the list of basic conditions required to be included in tender and contract documents during the pre-contractual phase.
