Objectives

Provide theoretical and practical knowledge of the principles of conducting civil and criminal lawsuits, implementing and preparing their rulings, and achieving their objectives in each of the following areas:

Litigation and filing civil and commercial lawsuits before various courts

Defense in criminal, administrative, disciplinary, and other lawsuits

Defense before investigation and disciplinary boards, judicial bodies, and similar bodies

Day-to-day performance in the legal and judicial field in general

Day-to-day performance of administrative and security work in the governmental, public, oil, and private sectors

Target Audience

Legal, administrative, and financial affairs officials, case management, and other heads of various sectors in the government, joint, and private sectors. Consultants, Researchers, and Experts

Methodology

This training course utilizes a variety of group discussions, along with individual and group exercises. A number of written exercises will also be used throughout the course.

Contracts to which the administration is a party, and the documents it issues if notarized

Arbitrators’ rulings to which the management entity is a party
