Interpretation and Drafting of Legal Texts, Regulations and Legislation

Why Attend

Legal or legislative drafting is primarily concerned with the formation of a binding legal text, including laws, regulations, decisions issued by the executive authority, contracts, deeds, etc. Drafting does not require citing legal grounds, and in general, it does not have any personal character. The linguistic style in which all legal documents are drafted rarely changes. The linguistic style refers to the linguistic characteristics and structures used in writing the legal document. All drafters of legal documents use almost the same features, characteristics and linguistic structures. Therefore, while the form (template) differs from one document to another, all legal documents, in general, use the same linguistic style. This training course is concerned with the rules and methods of scientific and practical legal drafting of procedures, as well as legal interpretation and analysis, with practical training on them in a way that enables participants to acquire legal drafting skills in a professional manner.
