Why Attend
An administrative lawsuit is filed by a plaintiff's request submitted to the President of the Board of Grievances or his representative. The request includes information from the plaintiff and the defendant, the subject of the lawsuit, the date the administrative body claimed the right, if it must be claimed before filing the lawsuit, and the date of the decision. The President of the Board shall refer the lawsuit to the competent department within whose jurisdiction the main office of the defendant is located, or to the competent department within whose jurisdiction the branch of that department is located, if the plaintiff so requests and the lawsuit relates to that branch. The competent department may seek the assistance of a specialist to prepare the lawsuit under its supervision.
