Objective
To develop and raise the efficiency of legal affairs and procurement professionals in the public and private sectors, as well as legal and administrative researchers whose work is related to government procurement, as well as employees of companies that contract with government This course aims to enhance their capacity and knowledge in the field of management contracts, how to prepare them, negotiate their conclusion, and how to handle disputes arising in these contracts before courts or arbitration bodies.
Methodology
