Managing Disputes Legally

Why Attend

Effective dispute resolution helps reduce the costs and negative impacts of disputes, especially commercial disputes. If informal negotiations fail to resolve a dispute, mediation or arbitration is a better option than litigation in court. The course provides participants with insight into dispute resolution from a lawyer's perspective. Participants also gain an in-depth understanding of the key differences in dispute resolution techniques, with a particular focus on arbitration, to reduce recourse to court litigation.
