Principles and Ethics of Pleading and Methods of Drafting Memorandums, Pleadings and Reports

Why Attend

This course will address the basic principles and foundations of litigation, specifically those protecting a company's rights when it suffers any type of harm. Competition within the world of large corporations has taken on a different character. Everyone's desire to achieve superiority drives some companies to employ devious and deceptive methods to trap their company in legal errors and ensure that the documents used in transactions and contracts do not conform to the terms and conditions of the country in which the company operates. This highlights the importance of having a lawyer to protect the company from making mistakes, as well as having a thorough knowledge of the law and how to conduct trials in administrative and legal matters in the competent courts.
