Objectives
Providing scientific and technical knowledge and practical skills for arbitration systems of various types in light of the laws of Arab countries, especially Egyptian law and the laws of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and in light of international agreements related to arbitration and UNCITRAL law.
Methodology
This course uses a variety of group discussions along with individual and group exercises. A number of written exercises will also be used throughout the course.

Gentlemen responsible for legal, administrative and financial affairs and other heads of various sectors in the government, the joint sector, and the various sectors in the government, the joint sector and the private sector, and those concerned with resolving commercial, civil, investment and maritime disputes, petroleum contracts, international border disputes and international private relations disputes
