Why Attend

Drafting legislation, regulations, and circulars is a fundamental task at the core of institutional and organizational work. It is not limited to the legal aspect alone, but extends to include technical and administrative dimensions that require high skills and extreme precision in the use of language and meaning. The quality of drafting not only affects the clarity and ease of understanding of the text, but also directly reflects on the efficiency of its implementation and legal stability. It helps institutions avoid ambiguity and multiple interpretations that could open the door to challenge or hinder implementation.
