This training course focuses on the rules and methods of scientific and practical legal drafting of procedures, as well as legal interpretation and analysis, with practical training to enable participants to acquire professional legal drafting skills. The aim is to familiarize participants with the rules of legal writing in general, and the writing of legal advice and fatwas in particular, and to enhance their ability to analyze and interpret legal texts. It also aims to develop written advocacy skills, including content, seriousness, and persuasion. The course will cover several topics, including the nature of interpretation, its types, cases, and schools, methods of interpretation, and addressing misinterpretations of the law and their correct legal solutions. It will also address practical applications for analyzing legal texts. I will supervise the implementation of practical applications for participants to stimulate, extract, and classify their skills and assess their proficiency in studying, analyzing, and interpreting conflicting texts.
