Methodology

This course uses a variety of group discussions, along with individual and group exercises. A number of written exercises will also be used throughout the course.

Objectives

The course aims to develop and enhance the competence of department managers, consultants and their assistants, legal and administrative researchers working in the cooperative, oil, government, and private sectors, as well as administrative and financial managers.

It provides participants with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to perform their administrative duties efficiently and effectively in light of global challenges and changes through integrated workshops.

It also aims to consolidate participants' knowledge of modern concepts in administrative leadership and organizational strategy formulation. It also aims to develop participants' behavioral skills in communicating and interacting with others effectively, and to develop participants' creative abilities in addressing problems and making practical decisions. Analyzing and evaluating the leadership styles of participants, providing them with the opportunity to exchange views and experiences by discussing practical cases. In light of global economic developments and accelerating technological innovations, the challenges facing Arab management have become significant and escalating, imposing significant changes and developments on administrative bodies in Arab countries (especially since the only constant in the third millennium is continuous change to address major challenges). In order to develop the relationship between the tasks and activities of legal professionals and administrators and understand the role of technology, this forum is held to achieve the following objectives:

Provide participants with modern information and knowledge regarding the impact of information technology on management systems and legal counsel.

Familiarize themselves with the foundations and methods of strategic management and electronic legal counsel.

Introduce e-government and electronic counsel.

Introduce successful applications and practices for developing the relationship between legal professionals and administrators in Arab countries.
