Methodology
This course includes a blend of conceptual frameworks, real life practices and group discussions.
For each topic, there will be an introduction to the bigger picture, supported by practical examples, and the opportunity to experiment individually then role-play, compare and share ideas.
At the end of the course, participants will be invited to define their own approach and priorities, and be given the tools to further develop those into practice.

Recognize economic, environmental and social perspectives of sustainability
Recognize principles of a circular economy and identify sources of innovation and competitive advantage
List the opportunities and challenges of organizational transformation and execution
Identify international frameworks and use relevant tools to track progress against sustainability targets
Take the lead in shaping their organizationâs approach to sustainability, and engage stakeholders
