Methodology

The course includes operational simulations of real command centers, organizational models from successful regional and global case studies, and hands-on workshops to design fully functional institutional crisis rooms. Scenarios simulate disaster management from within the command center, with focus on information flow, pressure-driven decision-making, and team coordination.
