Methodology

The course is based on scenarios inspired by real crises experienced in the Gulf and around the world, analyzed within closed strategic sessions. It includes leadership simulation exercises, high-level group discussions, comparative studies of governance systems in crises, and hands-on training in strategic media engagement and public communication.
