Objectives

This program aims to develop participants' skills in effective communication and provide them with practical and behavioral concepts and how to use them in dealing with others. It also aims to recognize the importance of communication, its types, components, and obstacles, and to understand and apply the "reciprocal relationships in communication with others" approach. It also aims to recognize and apply effective methods in communicating with others, and to understand the general concept of human behavior, its motivations, patterns, and analysis. This helps improve interpersonal skills, understand human personality, recognize your approach to conflict, and develop a plan to improve your approach to dealing with others.

Methodology

This course uses a combination of interactive training techniques. It includes various educational tools to enable participants to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-stakeholder environment. This course is based on four educational pillars: learning concepts (presentation by the consultant), role-playing exercises (group exercises), experience sharing (roundtable discussions), and case studies and scenarios.
