Methodology
This program includes practical applications designed to apply skills, enabling each participant to hold a mini-workshop, where they can apply all the facilitation skills they have learned (from opening to closing). They will also receive feedback from the trainer, which aims to reinforce the points they have learned. Good and addressing areas that need improvement in the new facilitator's performance.
