The art of Dealing with Public and Clients

Why Attend

Many employees in our government administration lack the art of dealing with the public, and even the basics of communication, especially those who interact with the public in their work. This is a serious matter, leading to numerous complaints and grumbling from clients, dissatisfaction with certain behaviors and the way they are received, and demands for employee replacement and placement of the right person in the right position. In this regard, we offer this training course to develop the skills of everyone who deals with people, improve their communication skills, and develop their personal skills to always deliver the best.
