Methodology
This course uses a combination of interactive training techniques and includes various educational tools to enable participants to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-stakeholder environment. This course is based on four educational pillars: conceptual learning (presentation by the consultant), role-playing exercises (group exercises), experience sharing (roundtable discussions), and case studies and scenarios.
