Building Strategic Scenarios

Why Attend

Scenario planning is a process that essentially involves two main elements: first, identifying the different outcomes and possibilities that could affect the organization’s operations in the future. Second, identifying possible scenarios that ensure the achievement of the organization’s desired goals and objectives. Scenario planning consists of a set of preferred future scenarios that are realistic and described in a coherent and scientific manner. These scenarios are not random, but rather must have a set of characteristics to achieve the desired benefit from them: they must be relevant to the organization and have a significant impact on it - they must focus on the different ways in which the future could affect the organization - and they must take into account factors that could affect the organization’s operations and its basic organizational units.
