Objectives
Understanding the stages of applying the strategic planning and implementation process and strategic control
Preparing a strategic plan and (operational) action plans
Preparing an action plan to eliminate obstacles and weaknesses that negatively affect the strategic planning and implementation process
Developing the administrative and leadership skills of participants to enable them to solve problems and lead work groups
