Preparing a strategic plan and (operational) action plans

Preparing an action plan to eliminate obstacles and weaknesses that negatively affect the strategic planning and implementation process

Developing the administrative and leadership skills of participants to enable them to solve problems and lead work groups

Providing participants with methods and means of preparing and building work teams while developing their skills in developing team spirit and self-organization
