Methodology
This practical and interactive course uses models, practical exercises, case studies, presentations and group discussions to develop problem-solving and management decision-making skills. Participants will challenge each other's solutions and decisions in groups and defend their solutions and decisions. Using real-life situations in the participantsâ work environment will enhance the transfer of knowledge and practical application, and the participants will practice the techniques they have learned that are easy to apply in the workplace.
