Methodology
This practical and interactive course uses models, practical exercises, case studies, presentations, and group discussions to develop problem-solving and managerial decision-making skills. Participants will challenge each other's solutions and decisions in groups and defend their own. Using real-world work scenarios will enhance knowledge transfer and practical application, and participants will practice the techniques they learn, which are easily applicable in the workplace .
