Arbitration in all its Aspects

Why Attend

Resorting to arbitration as a means of resolving disputes has become inevitable in many cases. Although it is optional for the parties and is not compelled to resort to it under a law or regulation, the speedy resolution of this type of dispute has become an absolute necessity. Arbitration, with its rapid resolution of disputes and the simplicity of litigation procedures it entails, has become the destination sought by disputants and their preferred destination. Arbitration currently occupies a large portion of the state's organized judiciary. The slow pace of litigation, the complexity of its procedures, and the automatic referral of disputes of a technical or artistic nature, such as disputes in the fields of contracting, engineering, accounting, and banking, are now being taken to experts, who are then used as grounds for judicial rulings.
