This course relies on individual and group exercises aimed at helping participants learn all the tools and techniques used during contract execution, in addition to a series of case studies and role-plays followed by group discussions
Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Be familiar with all stages of negotiation strategies and the conditions required for successful negotiators
Become familiar with the principles of preparing and analyzing contracts and offers, and develop their skills in managing them and addressing the problems they encounter
Presentations of the legal provisions of contracts
Presentations of internationally accepted methods for avoiding legal disputes and limiting claims, and reviewing alternative methods for resolving disputes outside the courtroom
