Legal Aspects in Regulating the Work of Human Resource Management

The course aims to provide participants with theoretical information and practical applications in labor law, developing their skills and enhancing their ability to deal with all the equations contained in the law. The course covers various concepts in labor law, constitutional principles in labor, the scope of application of the law and the comprehensiveness of its provisions, labor law and minimum labor rights, inspection under labor law and the employer's duties towards the inspector, the employment contract, its concept, types, and legal conditions, the fixed-term employment contract, probationary employment, normal cases of termination of the employment contract, cases of dismissal of an employee without notice and leaving work without notice, cases in which dismissal or notice is not permitted, notice of termination of the employment contract, arbitrary dismissal, end-of-service gratuity, and service certificate, wages and benefits included within this concept, as well as gains based on judicial precedents, payment and protection of wages, wage deductions and disciplinary fines, internal regulations governing work, working hours, mandatory overtime, exceptions, holidays, annual leave, sick leave, and other leave for working women.

Objectives

To enable participants to understand the legal aspects related to human resources management, ensuring the proper performance of their work tasks and duties, and avoiding legal issues that are difficult to address if not addressed promptly, with the goal of improving the organization's overall performance.

To familiarize participants with the most appropriate policies and work systems in the field of personnel affairs to improve their productivity.

To deepen concepts related to studying the laws and regulations applicable to human resources management and development within the organization, while presenting legal work problems, the foundations of administrative investigation, and decision-making authorities.
