Objectives
Develop and raise the efficiency of those working in legal affairs, contracts, and procurement in the public and private sectors, as well as legal and administrative researchers whose work is related to government procurement, as well as those working in companies that contract with government agencies. This will increase their capacity and knowledge in the field of management contracts, how to prepare them, how to negotiate their conclusion, and how to handle disputes arising in these contracts before the courts or arbitration bodies.
Methodology
This course relies on individual and group exercises aimed at helping participants learn all the tools and techniques used during contract implementation. It also includes a series of case studies and role-playing exercises, followed by group discussions.
