The course primarily focuses on the formulation of binding legal texts. This includes laws, regulations, decisions issued by the executive authority, contracts, deeds, and other documents. Drafting does not require the citation of legal documents and is generally free of personal influence. The linguistic style used in drafting all legal documents rarely changes. Linguistic style refers to the linguistic characteristics and structures used in writing a legal document. All drafters of legal documents use roughly the same features, characteristics, and linguistic structures. Therefore, while the form (or template) varies from one document to another, all legal documents generally use the same linguistic style. This training course focuses on the rules and methods of scientific and practical legal drafting of procedures, as well as legal interpretation and analysis, with practical training in a manner that enables participants to acquire professional legal drafting skills.
