Technical Principles for Drafting Draft Law

Why Attend

Introducing participants to the legal and technical principles for drafting draft laws and controlling legislative texts, and providing them with the relevant skills and capabilities to ensure the development of effective laws that achieve their intended purpose. Legislation is a set of general, binding, and abstract rules issued by the competent public authority in the state that permit, prohibit, or regulate a right or group of rights. In other words, it is all legal rules issued by the competent authority in written documents. Types of legislation are classified according to their importance and strength, based on the role they play in regulating social life. One aspect of this gradation is the subordination of some legislation to others. The authority originally responsible for enacting legislation is the Legislative Council. Legislation is subject to repeal or abrogation, meaning it can be removed and suspended from effect by removing its binding force for the future. Repeal can be either explicit or implicit.
