Methodology
This course relies heavily on analyzing aspects of change and considering potential challenges in such situations The process begins with forming teams to develop a strategic change management plan, which is then implemented using the knowledge and techniques learned throughout the course. Participants also have the opportunity to hear from change leaders and learn about their successful experiences in managing change. Furthermore, participants undergo several assessments and exercises related to resistance to change, its effects, and how to address them .
