Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Understand and apply the seven tools of quality control
Understand the concepts of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Apply SPC (Statistical Process Control) through control charts to identify and reduce variance
Discuss process capability and the reasons behind the need to improve business performance
Calculate sigma levels, Cp, and Cpk, and explain the capability of normally distributed processes
Analyze data using various tools in Minitab
