Policies and Discounts

Group & Corporate Discounts

Larimar Training Institute offers special group and corporate rates across many of our programs. These discounts are designed to support organisations that want to upskill multiple team members while maximising value and return on investment.

Individual Discounts

We also provide individual discounts for self-sponsored learners who complete their registration and full payment upfront. These discounts help make professional development more accessible for motivated individuals.

Registration Terms

For corporate clients, nominations to our public courses must be processed through the organisation's HR or Training Department.

Self-sponsored individuals may register directly using the "Payment by Self" option on our online registration form.

If a course is cancelled or if a seat is unavailable, Larimar Training Institute will issue a full refund to the client.

Registration is only confirmed after our team reviews the request and verifies seat availability.

Cancellation Terms

If a confirmed participant cancels less than 5 calendar days before the course start date, they may nominate a substitute participant from the same organisation.

If no substitute is provided, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

A no-show without prior written notice will also incur the same 20% fee.

Invoices, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Invoicing
  • Clients may request a quotation prior to registration.
  • Upon registration, clients may submit a purchase order reflecting the agreed fees.
  • A proforma invoice may be issued for advance payments upon client request.
  • Tax invoices are issued only after course completion (public or in-house).
  • Invoices may be provided electronically or as hard copies, stamped and signed as required.
  • Invoices are issued in the currency agreed with the client.
  • Once issued, tax invoices cannot be modified or discounted.
  • A monthly statement of previous invoices will be emailed between the 10th and 15th of each month. If no reply is received within 5 working days, the statement is considered approved.
  • VAT and tax regulations will follow the applicable UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
Credit Facility

Upon request, Larimar may grant a 30-day credit period for invoice settlement. Approval is at Larimar's discretion.

Clients with approved credit terms must settle invoices within 30 days of issue. Delays beyond 30 days may lead to suspension of the credit facility and additional measures.

Payments
Clients may settle invoices using:
  • Cash
  • Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
  • Bank Transfer (details provided on the invoice)

Payments must match the invoiced amount and currency and should exclude bank transfer charges.

Clients without an approved credit facility must settle their invoice in advance or on the first day of the course at the latest. Failure to do so may result in withholding course attendance or certificates.

To ensure proper allocation, clients must reference the invoice number when making a bank transfer or email payment details to our team.

Cancellation and refund policy
  • Cancellation of a Course by Larimar
    • Larimar Training Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, or change its location or trainer, up to five working days before the start date.
    • If a course is cancelled, registered participants will receive a full refund of the course fees they paid to Larimar.
    • Larimar is not responsible for other costs incurred by participants such as travel, accommodation, or third-party charges.

  • Cancellation of Registration by Client
    • Clients who cannot attend must notify Larimar in writing at least 5 calendar days before the course start date.
    • Failure to do so will result in a 20% no-show fee.
    • If cancellation is made on time, the client may request:
      • A refund of the amount paid (minus any bank charges), or
      • A credit balance with Larimar to be used for a future course.
  • Refund Timeline

    Refunds will be processed within one calendar week and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

General Terms & Conditions
  • Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their country.
  • All agreements with Larimar Training Institute are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
